This piece is very interesting; the depth of the general artwork is very impressive. The tone is rather glum and dark yet the expression is seemingly adventurous and wild. This Oceanus female warrior's personality is hard to figure out with just this piece though yet it may be easier with more follow up pieces (I like your description below makes everything clear). I like it a lot though, really; everything is a different tone of blue/green. The wind swept armor adds a nice touch to the water element backdrop. The dragon tattoo is quite sufficient but I can only make out the head and tail + the breath of fire/water? That may be something to think on; I figure it is breathing out water since Viviane is a water affiliated warrior. But overall good job!
